Ben Shaw, CEO
2025 has brought so many opportunities to spend time with clients and partners face-to-face. From the massive scale of Manitowoc at bauma Munich, to the incredible buzz at Mediapoint & Exhibitions’ GIS Expo in Italy and then seeing the precision of Waldner at PACK EXPO in Las Vegas.
It was also fantastic to spend time at client HQs: getting a full tour of PERI UK’s impressive exhibition hall and training facility in Brentwood and experiencing the cutting-edge innovation at HARMAN International’s incredible Experience Center in California. And, of course, helping Niftylift celebrate their 40ᵗʰ anniversary in Milton Keynes was a true pleasure.
Those in-person connections are the bedrock of B2B trust, and it’s always fantastic to step away from the screen and feel the energy of these great brands!
Charlie Williams, Associate Director - UK
I enjoy working closely with my clients and, in many cases, I feel like part of their internal team. However, when you work with global companies, and people are based in different countries, you don’t meet in person that frequently. With this in mind, the highlight for me has to be the face-to-face planning meeting I had with the Rokbak team. It was great to spend some time hearing about all the exciting projects that are coming up and sharing ideas on how best to communicate these.
Damian Joseph, Vice President – USA
Honestly, my favorite moment of 2025 was getting out of Charleston in January and flying to London for our global team meetup. It was just a seriously valuable experience. You spend all year chatting over Teams, but nothing beats sitting in a room with the entire team from the UK and Singapore. We spent quality time digging into the biggest issues hitting our clients in comms and marketing – the stuff that actually matters, like the AI chaos and the trust problem – and strategising how to tackle it together.
But the best part? It was getting to socialise and build connections with everyone on a personal level. You realise that great work is built on great people. Seeing the whole global team fired up and sharing a few laughs… that was definitely the right way to kick off the year.
Hannah Kitchener, Associate Director – UK
This year has been full of highlights – from bringing our global team together in London, to supporting a record-breaking edition of GIS Expo in Italy, and celebrating FB Chain’s King’s Award and 40ᵗʰ anniversary. I feel very lucky to work with such great people and great brands!
Matt Pearman, Associate Director – Singapore
I’m really pleased with the momentum we’ve built in APAC this year. The way clients have trusted us to manage the complexity of aligning core global narratives with specific local market needs has been really rewarding and we’ve proven how the combination of centralised expertise with hyper-local responsiveness delivers results across the most diverse region in the world.
Mariana Santos, Account Director – USA
Getting to travel to the UK for our global meetup in January was absolutely a personal highlight. It’s so vital to connect with the team in London and Singapore face-to-face; those moments of shared perspective really fuel our strategy for the entire year.
On the client front, a standout moment was definitely working at PACK EXPO in Atlanta. I spent focused time with the teams from Waldner and Surdry, helping them translate their advanced packaging and sterilisation technologies into market-ready stories. In our sector, the best part is seeing those complex technical solutions in action and ensuring our communication efforts are directly contributing to tangible results on the exhibition floor. It was a great demonstration of connecting theory with real-world business impact.
Rosie Hopkins, Account Director – UK
I have been deeply involved in new business this year and have loved learning even more about the world of industrial B2B businesses. There is nothing more fulfilling than starting with a blank slate and building out a new business proposal from scratch. Especially when I have access to such a talented team across social media, design, and data & analytics.
Jack Porter, Account Manager – UK
It was great to start the year with our company meet-up in London. I loved catching up and mining the knowledge of my experienced colleagues, as well as sharing a few laughs and more than a few competitive games of darts! It kicked off 2025 right, and from there I always looked forward to collaborating in person, which included organising client meetups and continuing to support the events of Mediapoint in Italy, a country I never mind visiting!
Salmah El Haissane, Account Manager – Singapore
This year, the Singapore team continued to play a key role in supporting major product launches and strengthening relationships with clients across Asia. We’ve worked closely with regional partners to deliver impactful campaigns and provide consistent support across multiple markets. It’s been a year defined by collaboration and the ongoing trust of our clients.
Zack Shen, Account Executive – USA
The highlight for me in 2025 was definitely digging into the new Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) work. Upskilling and immediately applying those techniques to a client’s technical content was a game-changer; seeing AI engines pick up our work and drive measurable results was a huge win.
It’s fascinating to see how quickly the landscape between AI search, B2B PR and content marketing is shifting. I’m incredibly excited to stay in touch with these ever-evolving trends and continue uncovering new ways to translate this technology into strategic value for our clients at SE10.
Bolly Methakittiworakun, Digital Marketing Manager – UK
Since I only joined in February, my absolute favourite memory of 2025 actually happened before my official start date! Getting the invite to join the global team dinner during the London meetup was just the nicest, warmest welcome. It was so invaluable to meet everyone from the UK, Singapore, and the US in person that evening – it made starting a few weeks later feel so much more connected, and it was the perfect introduction to the incredible SE10 culture!
Professionally, the whole year has been exciting, but I absolutely love getting to grips with new clients and really learning the ins and outs of their B2B businesses. It’s so rewarding to apply my digital marketing experience and see the strategies and results come together.
But if I have to pick a standout moment, it was supporting a client on-site at an event in Scandinavia. It was an insane, high-pressure, non-stop experience – literally creating, editing, and scheduling social media content on the fly throughout the entire event. It was high-stress, yes, but it was also so much fun and a brilliant test of my ability to deliver fast, engaging content in a challenging environment; the best part was we more than doubled the initial KPI even though we encountered many unanticipated events that could have stopped us getting the results we hoped to get! It’s those kinds of dynamic opportunities that make this role so rewarding!
Ben Poulten, Creative Designer – UK
Filming testimonial content with Jack and Rosie was a highlight. Getting out onto construction sites, meeting customers, and seeing our clients’ products in action is always rewarding. Supporting Bolly on-site at that event in Scandinavia was also a fast-paced rush. It has been a great year for dynamic shoots and getting out and about.
Maria Oliver, Financial Controller
My highlight was the global team meetup in London in January. As a financial controller, I don’t always get direct client exposure, so it was fascinating to hear the account staff talk about their standout projects and creative strategy. It gave me a much clearer picture of the communications campaigns we support. It was also just great to spend time socialising and getting to know our lovely team better. We have a great bunch of people!
And here’s to 2026…!
2025 has been another inspiring year for SE10, one filled with collaboration, creativity, and growth. Our colleagues’ passion and dedication continue to drive our success and shape the stories we tell for our clients. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to keep building on this momentum, championing great ideas, and celebrating the people who make SE10 an extraordinary place to work.
