C&A – Aligning employees with change management strategy at a global retailer
C&A is one of Europe’s leading fashion retailers, employing 35,000 people on the continent. Founded in the Netherlands in 1841, C&A operates 1,575 stores across Europe and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, and Dusseldorf, Germany.
With such a geographically diverse workforce, communicating important messages about the company’s ambitious corporate strategy is no easy task. So C&A’s Director of Corporate Communications enlisted the help of SE10 to create a single communication channel in the shape of an employee magazine – C&A Today.
SE10’s team of journalists interview stakeholders within the business to produce strategy-related content in a series of interesting and engaging articles. Its team of graphic designers then give the magazine an appealing look that is aligned with the company’s branding guidelines, and create easy-to-digest infographics that deliver snapshots of information. The internal magazine is also available in video format, which SE10’s team of expert writers draft the script for.
The client was pleased with SE10’s ability to quickly understand the corporate strategy and deliver the key messages in a digestible way to employees across the business. The employee newsletter has been well received by employees.
